Halesbury School Year 9 Octopus

As part of the Halesowen Head Teachers initiative Year 9 were asked to make an Octopus.

Criteria: make an octopus, must be big, 3D, use recycled materials.

They made the body and tentacles using old newspapers rolled into shape covered with old plastic supermarket bags, bubble wrap and a few bottle tops for the finishing touches.

It is now displayed at Long Lane Library along with other sea creatures from other Halesowen schools.

Please feel free to go and see the display, entrance free!
